SAAMA Physical registration: Please note that online registration is now closed, delegates may attend the conference and register at the registration desk.
Terms & Conditions:
Swopping between physical and virtual attendance will not be allowed after 23 May 2025. Should you wish to change your registration from physical to virtual you will be liable for the physical registration fee, this is due to the final numbers that need to be provided to the venue.
Should you wish to cancel your registration altogether, please do so in writing to eileen@vdw.co.za by no later than 7 May 2025, should you cancel betweeen 8 May and 20 May a 50% admin fee will apply. Any cancellations not made or the delegate is a NO-SHOW at the conference (physical or virtual) and the FULL registration will be payable.
Kindly request a quotation from saamaservices@vdw.co.za should you not have permission to attend, only once permission is granted we will assist you with your registration. Anyone who is a NO-SHOW at the conference due to not having approval will be held liable for the full registration fee.
