SAAMA is delighted to share the 2025 Conference Registration fees with you. We're proud to maintain the early bird rate at the same level as the 2024 Conference fees and encourage our members to take advantage of this savings opportunity. PHYSICAL ATTENDANCE                                                                               

Terms & Conditions:

Swopping between physical and virtual attendance will not be allowed after 23 May 2025. Should you wish to change your registration from physical to virtual you will be liable for the physical registration fee, this is due to the final numbers that need to be provided to the venue.

Should you wish to cancel your registration altogether, please do so in writing to eileen@vdw.co.za by no later than 7 May 2025, should you cancel betweeen 8 May and 20 May a 50% admin fee will apply. Any cancellations not made or the delegate is a NO-SHOW at the conference (physical or virtual) and the FULL registration will be payable.

Kindly request a quotation from saamaservices@vdw.co.za should you not have permission to attend, only once permission is granted we will assist you with your registration. Anyone who is a NO-SHOW at the conference due to not having approval will be held liable for the full registration fee.
